From a Data Training Classroom to Israel’s Electric Company
Talal Youshai’s success can be described in one sentence: after completing professional data-analysis training, she secured a role as an Operations and Control Analyst at the Israel Electric Corporation through Manpower. But that job title represents a much larger transition, from training for an opportunity to actually holding one.
From Mevo Horon, Talal joined the first cohort of a Data Analyst training track. She distinguished herself through strong analytical ability and earned an A rating during the course. The result demonstrated her command of the material. The next challenge was to translate that achievement into a position in the workforce.
She did. Talal went on to join the Israel Electric Corporation in an operations and control analysis role, putting her training to work in a major Israeli organization.
Too often, the impact of workforce training is measured only by how many people enroll or graduate. Talal’s story offers a more concrete measure: a learner completed the training successfully and moved into relevant employment.
Her journey illustrates the value of building a pathway all the way from skills development to a real job. Talent matters, but so does access to high-quality training and a route into the labor market. For Talal, that route led to a professional role in data analysis.
